Ecotoxicity effect factors (EF) of +3,618 chemicals (OpenChemFacts v.0.1)

OpenChemFacts is an open-data platform dedicated to the assessment of chemicals’ ecotoxicity.
This first dataset provides calculated ecotoxicity effect factors (EF) for 3,618 chemicals coming from Ecotox US EPA database.

In addition :

• 1,568 of these chemicals have been matched with USETOX (v. 2.14) results,

• 1,962 of these chemicals have been matched with an EF 3.1 results.
