Côa Valley Eco-Connectivity v6 CCL_v6

The Côa Connectivity Lab is an open, volunteer research collective building a reproducible ecological connectivity workflow for resource-limited rewilding projects. The worked case study is the Greater Côa Valley, Portugal, in connection with Rewilding Portugal's programme there.

The workflow uses only open data (GBIF occurrence records, Natura 2000 sites) and free software (Python, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, QGIS): resistance surfaces, circuit-theory connectivity analysis, and multispecies corridor maps. The whole analysis should run on an ordinary laptop.

We publish here the datasets behind the workflow and its analysis notebook, so that other restoration teams can reuse them on their own landscapes.
