Un EPCI ou ASA peut avoir des compétences en aménagement de cours d'eau non domaniaux ( L. 211-7 du code de l'environnement). Cette couche identifie les organismes compétents.
Origine
Numérisation à partir des communes de la BDTOPO, et des bassins versants selon arrêtés préfectoraux transmis par la préfecture pour constitution des organismes.
